Mark A. Davis, MPA, is a nationally recognized Nonprofit Consultant, Keynote Speaker, Best-Selling Author, and Ordained Minister with over 23 years of leadership experience. Holding a Master’s degree in Public Administration, Mark is widely regarded as an expert in the Head Start and Early Head Start fields.

Recognized by the Office of Head Start as a Subject Matter Expert in Program Design & Management (PDM), Family & Community Engagement (FCE), and Monitoring & Compliance, Mark brings unparalleled expertise to program operations. His extensive experience spans nearly every facet of Head Start services, including serving as a Head Start/Early Head Start Director and overseeing national monitoring reviews.

Previously, Mark served as the Training & Technical Assistance Coordinator for the Office of Head Start, Region IV, where he led the delivery of high-quality T/TA services to over 300 programs. His work continues to empower organizations to achieve operational excellence, compliance, and impactful family and community engagement.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mark is the founder of the Church of Change, a dynamic, inclusive church dedicated to community transformation, cultural inclusivity, and being a change agent for good. Through this new ministry, Mark leads with a vision of hope, action, and spiritual growth, creating a welcoming space for all.
